Marty is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Group.

Born in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, he has over 30 years’ professional experience in Real Estate.

His field of experience across the global property spectrum has extended from Hong Kong, China and South East Asia to the UK and Australia – with strategic expertise in Direct Investments, Build to Suit, Sale Leaseback, Land Amalgamation, Master Planning and Feasibility, Capital Raising and Financing.

Over the last three decades he has established a wide network of close, long-term relationships with prominent high net worth individuals, institutional investors, property developers, sovereign wealth funds and senior government officials across Asia.

He launched his real estate career in Hong Kong in 1984 at Richard Ellis (now CBRE), rising to Executive Director heading the Agency department, leading the Asia-Pacific investment and agency divisions and representing numerous prominent clients in structuring and fulfilling their real estate investment and development in every property sector, from offices and industrial to residential and hospitality.

He led some of Hong Kong’s most high-profile acquisitions and largest agency instructions, including offices at Harbour City and The Gateway, on behalf of clients including HSBC, MTRC, Swire Properties, Kerry Properties, Sino Land, Wheelock Properties, Li and Fung, and Dickson Concepts.

With diverse experience embracing construction/ development, investment and acquisition, advisory and asset management, he founded Millennium Asset Management in 1998, focusing on luxury resort, residential, hotel and marina development in the Asia-Pacific.

In 1999 he acquired Victoria Properties co-branding with Hamptons –In 2002 he sold Victoria Properties to Knight Frank and focused on the Residential development business completing US$850M of project value over the next 10 years. The Group also secured the Investment management for a US account acquiring 15 assets in Asia over the course of 3 years.

Among notable high-profile initiatives, he pioneered development of the ‘Cambodian Riviera’ with a master plan for Koh Rong Island, Cambodia, and masterminded the largest hospitality project in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In 2009 his professionalism was recognised with the ‘RFP Asia Outstanding Individual – CEO Real Estate Strategy Award’

Recognising the potential of the UK property market growth since 2012 he has been advising Asian Capital on UK assets completing joint ventures with Allsop, MJMapp, and has acquired over £1.7 Billion of commercial and residential
