Steve is a General Manager at the Millennium Group based in Singapore and is responsible for developing existing business relationships and cultivating and identifying new business and investment opportunities for existing and new clients in APAC.

He operates across different business service lines of investment, asset management and property management and has a proven track record across different sectors of office, retail, logistics, business parks and living markets (including build to rent and student housing).

Steve began his career in 2013 working in Central London predominantly in office leasing, strategic asset management, capital markets and development. He has a strong understanding of UK real estate markets, having provided strategic advice to both landlord and occupier clients. He was relocated to Singapore in 2023.

Recent Projects / Assignments

Involved with the asset management of High Holborn Estate and the repositioning of the retail and office accommodation to create a flex offering and additional building amenities to align with occupiers current expectations.
Responsible for implementing asset management strategies for maximising income and profit strategies across a 75,000 sq ft serviced office estate on behalf of Dorrington Plc. Strategies include regearing leases and licenses, advising on the ongoing design and upgrading of the estate and identifying opportunities to create additional revenue streams, all the while taking into account existing obligations (including ESG implications) together with short and medium term growth objectives. Ongoing project marketing included liaising with the architects and contractors as well as managing the marketing progress through coordinating with marketing agencies and the sales team.
Involved with the purchase of Warehouse K, E16 on behalf of London and Regional Properties. Following the purchase, we successfully let the 35,000 sq ft of office accommodation to a single occupier (The government). Following the successful letting, the building was sold by the Investment department at an uplift of 50% to Kajima Corporation (Tokyo based investor).
