EXPERIENCE
Andy has been with Allsop since joining as a graduate in 2006, becoming a partner in 2015. Spending 11 years in the Commercial National Investment team, Andy developed an extensive institutional client base. Since launching the specialist build to rent team, he and the team have advised in projects totaling a combined value of over £2.0bn. Predominantly working with developers on both multi-family and single family BTR, creating the vision for developments and bringing them forward to investors, he exploits his institutional client base to source investment partners.
He also works closely with investors underwriting potential BTR acquisitions.
